Jiatong's journey has had its challenges. Growing up, he loved to draw, but societal pressures made him feel art was a lesser choice. For a time, he gave it up, but a chance encounter with illustration students at university rekindled his love. Embracing his passion, he pursued Illustration as a second major and eventually moved to London to study at Kingston University. Today, his art is his voice, speaking louder than words ever could. 🎉

What are your proudest achievements or milestones?

Overcoming the doubts that led him to abandon art is a huge achievement for Jiatong. Completing his MA degree in Illustration and now working as a freelancer in London are proud milestones in his journey. 🌟

Have you faced any challenges, and how did you overcome them?

Breaking free from cultural stigma around art was tough. Finding the courage to pursue illustration as a career was a big step, and he made it through sheer persistence, knowing his passion was worth it.
