📖 Share Your Musician Story: How/Why Did You Start?
Zac and Laura met at Splendour in the Grass, fell in love, and haven’t looked back since. Despite having full-time jobs, they converted an old bus (nicknamed Sisil’s Party Bus) into a home studio, where they’ve been creating demos, recording their songs, and having a blast. With Zac’s experience and Laura’s fresh enthusiasm, they make the perfect team, blending their styles into music that’s all about fun, adventure, and living in the moment.
🏆 What Are Your Proudest Achievements or Milestones?
Recording their debut single “Garage Full of Dreams” was a dream come true! They recorded with music legends like Luke Palmer and Luke Williams from Dead Letter Circus, and Ian Peres (formerly of Wolfmother) added magic on keys. Releasing their first single felt like the beginning of something amazing.
💪 Have You Faced Any Challenges and How Did You Overcome Them?
Starting during COVID wasn’t easy – with canceled gigs and limited live opportunities, they had to adapt and focus on creating and recording. Their passion kept them going, and now they’re more motivated than ever to bring their music to the stage!
🚀 What Are Your Future Plans for Being a Musician?
Zac, Laura, and Sisil’s Party Bus hope to take their music to live stages everywhere and maybe even play at Splendour in the Grass one day – the very place where their journey began. Their new single is just the beginning, with more music, live shows, and party vibes on the way!
